Digital Marketing Coordinator (Pinterest, Meta, WordPress)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role focuses on social media management, basic website updates, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Brisbane Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily operations of multiple social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform
  • Monitor engagement and trends to improve content performance
  • Respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms

Website and Content Management

  • Update website content and publish blog posts using WordPress
  • Perform basic website maintenance such as updating images, content, plugins, and themes
  • Write clear and engaging copy for social posts, captions, and blog updates
  • Ensure website information is accurate and aligned with current campaigns

Administrative and Team Support

  • Book appointments and manage calendar scheduling
  • Follow up on ongoing projects to help keep tasks on track
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and the marketing team
  • Assist with email communications and general admin tasks
  • Use Asana or similar tools for task tracking and workflow management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Pinterest, and WordPress
  • Professional writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools is preferred

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
