Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in driving organic traffic and improving search visibility for a healthcare practice. You’ll create content that helps patients understand important health topics while implementing strategic SEO improvements that drive real results.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement optimization strategies using Semrush
  • Create 1-2 high-quality, SEO-optimized blog articles per week focused on healthcare topics
  • Optimize website pages including meta descriptions, titles, and content for improved readability and search performance
  • Research and implement target keywords based on competitor analysis and search trends
  • Create simple social media graphics using existing Canva templates based on blog content
  • Schedule and publish social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business using Buffer
  • Develop and execute backlink strategies including outreach to relevant healthcare websites
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics and provide regular reporting on organic traffic growth
  • Optimize images, titles, and other on-page elements for better search visibility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO specialist with demonstrable results in organic traffic growth
  • Strong content writing skills with ability to create engaging, informative healthcare-related articles
  • Proficiency with Semrush and other SEO tools for keyword research and performance tracking
  • Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices including meta descriptions and title optimization
  • Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress
  • Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals and website optimization
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Buffer
  • It helps if you have basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize high-impact SEO tasks independently
