Health & Wellness Sales Executive

Job Overview

Our client is an innovative health and wellness company specializing in powdered supplements and functional ingredients. They are currently expanding from their established Australian market into new international territories, creating a high-growth opportunity for a results-driven sales professional. In this role, you won’t just be providing support—you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will have the autonomy to drive revenue across multiple markets while having direct access to experienced senior sales leadership for technical guidance and deal strategy.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

    • Shift Requirement: Must have overlapping hours with both US and Australian business days to address a global customer base. Specific hours are open for discussion.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Drive active sales through cold calling, warm lead follow-up, and high-conversion inbound lead management.
  • Pipeline Management: Own and optimize the sales pipeline using the Monday.com CRM platform.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify new prospect opportunities in Australia and emerging international territories.
  • Sales Automation: Build and maintain automated sales workflows and communication sequences to ensure consistent prospect engagement.
  • Lead Qualification: Research and qualify outbound leads, initiating meaningful sales conversations that lead to closed deals.
  • Account Growth: Work with existing customers and warm leads to identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Autonomous Activity: Generate consistent revenue through independent sales activities while collaborating with the senior team for technical support.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong CRM experience with the ability to quickly adapt to Monday.com.
  • Communication: Demonstrated success in phone-based sales and professional, high-impact email communication.
  • Technical Sales Skills: Experience with sales automation tools, structured workflows, and end-to-end pipeline management.
  • Versatility: Proven ability to handle both inbound conversion and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail for managing multiple prospects and complex international follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Background in health supplements, vitamins, consumer goods, or functional ingredients is a significant bonus.
  • Experience with specialized market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high activity levels.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Total compensation includes a base professional fee plus commissions for meeting sales targets. Candidates must have their own computer and a reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
