We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Representative to expand a high-quality timber and building materials business across international markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while helping build the company’s sales foundation. Join an innovative timber treatment company utilizing traditional Japanese techniques to produce durable and aesthetically unique wood products. The business already serves clients across Europe and is expanding into global markets including the UK, Netherlands, Turkey, Singapore, and Iceland.

Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Flexible hours within Central European Time (CET)

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new B2B leads across European and international markets
  • Conduct outreach to clients in construction, architecture, and building materials sectors
  • Close sales independently or collaborate with leadership on complex deals
  • Expand client base in existing markets and identify new opportunities
  • Represent innovative timber products to prospective clients
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Gather market insights to improve product positioning
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (European market experience preferred)
  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting
  • Strong communication skills for international outreach
  • Ability to work independently and own results
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and client management
  • Experience with niche or specialty products is a plus

Qualifications

  • Background in construction, building materials, or related industries (preferred)
  • Multilingual skills, especially German, are a plus
