Job Description
You’ll be the strategic right-hand to a business executive who desperately needs your expertise to reclaim their time for high-level activities. This isn’t about checking boxes—you’ll be a true partner who thinks through challenges and proposes solutions. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Serve as strategic partner to business executive, thinking through problems and proposing solutions rather than just executing tasks
  • Manage complete recruitment process including job posting on Indeed and candidate filtering
  • Create and manage product listings on Shopify platform
  • Handle bookkeeping support and administrative operations
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks that are currently overwhelming the executive team
  • Take ownership of multiple administrative areas to free up leadership for revenue-generating activities
  • Adapt to various business needs and handle diverse administrative functions
  • Transform executive productivity through proactive administrative support

Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive administrative assistant experience with proven track record of transforming productivity
  • Strong computer skills and technical proficiency across multiple platforms
  • Experience with job posting platforms, particularly Indeed
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify
  • Ability to work as strategic partner and independent thinker, not just order taker
  • Proven ability to handle multiple administrative functions simultaneously
  • Bonus if you have light bookkeeping experience
  • It helps if you’ve supported executives in fast-paced, growing companies
