Our client is looking for a versatile and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to take full ownership of their brand’s digital and physical presence. This role is a strategic hybrid of creative content production, technical performance marketing (PPC/SEO), and brand growth. You will be responsible for managing social media ecosystems, optimizing website functionality, and steering external consultants toward a high ROI. This is a high-impact position requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and meticulous execution.

Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Social Media: Grow and manage company accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook through active follower acquisition and high-quality media coordination.
- Performance Marketing: Develop and refresh ad copy for Google, Bing, and LinkedIn; manage external consultants for Cold Email and Paid Marketing to ensure maximum keyword performance.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Rigorously A/B test website layouts, GHL funnels, and lead magnets to constantly improve user functionality and aesthetic design.
- Physical Branding: Collaborate with the engineering team on product logo placement and identify opportunities for brand awareness through apparel and physical assets.
- Lead & Email Management: Align with the Sales team to monitor lead quality; manage both warm email campaigns and cold email consultants while overseeing referral and review programs.
- Data & Events: Monitor vital metrics such as LTGP/CAC (Lifetime Gross Profit / Customer Acquisition Cost) and manage the full lifecycle of industry trade shows and events.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in a comprehensive marketing management role (B2B or product-based preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and CRM systems.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets, calculate ROI, and pivot strategies based on performance metrics.
- Consultant Management: Proven ability to "steer" and provide clear direction to external agencies and specialized consultants.
- Copywriting Excellence: Exceptional skills in writing persuasive copy for emails, ads, blogs, and SEO-optimized content.
- Design Eye: A strong sensibility for modern website design and consistent brand aesthetics.
Qualifications
- Experience managing the end-to-end logistics of professional trade shows (Highly Regarded).
- Background in SEO strategy and integrating best practices into website architecture (Preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while maintaining a proactive "next improvement" mindset.
