Job Overview

Our client is looking for a full-time cold caller who possesses high proficiency in outbound sales communication. The role involves making calls on behalf of clients in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. The ideal candidate must demonstrate persistence, resilience, and excellent objection-handling skills while maintaining a professional and engaging demeanor.

Client Overview

The client is an AI automation and sales marketing company that builds AI agentic systems, AI automation, and AI business solutions for companies. They serve clients across multiple industries, including landscaping, plumbing, engineering firms, and large organizations in both B2B and B2C sectors.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects on behalf of clients in B2B and B2C sectors.
• Handle objections professionally and persist through rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Leave compelling and inviting voicemails that encourage prospect engagement.
• Maintain consistent communication standards across diverse client industries and target audiences.
• Adapt calling approach based on client requirements and campaign objectives.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in cold calling or outbound sales.
• Excellent fluency in English with clear and professional communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle objections and maintain persistence during sales conversations.
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to make high volumes of calls consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
