Analytics Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join a growing data team and take ownership of building the company’s data infrastructure and reporting layer. This is a highly execution-focused role where you will primarily work on backend data systems including pipelines, data models, dashboards, and monitoring.

You will work directly with a hands-on technical lead who provides clear task requirements, fast feedback, and defined deliverables. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a structured environment where expectations are clear, timelines matter, and output is prioritized.

In addition to core data work, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to ad hoc analyses and special data projects as the business evolves.

AI tools are a key part of the workflow. You are expected to use AI to improve speed, automate repetitive tasks, assist with coding, debugging, and documentation, and contribute to building internal AI-powered data access solutions.

Schedule:  40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (with 1-hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone: Vancouver, Canada (PST)
