Job Overview
Our client is looking for a versatile and highly adaptive Social Media Content Creator & Ad Specialist to drive creative growth for a diverse portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creative process, including high-quality video editing, AI-assisted content generation, and the management of high-performing ad campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Multi-Platform Content: Create engaging social media posts, short-form video content, and static advertisements tailored to specific platform algorithms.
- Professional Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring professional pacing, audio syncing, and visual flair.
- Ad Creative Management: Develop and manage ad campaigns that align strictly with each client’s unique brand identity and conversion goals.
- AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline the content creation process while maintaining a high bar for creative quality and brand consistency.
- Aesthetic Adaptation: Switch styles effortlessly between different client "vibes," ranging from rustic/industrial to modern/contemporary.
- Strategic Innovation: Maintain existing brand standards while proactively proposing innovative content ideas to increase engagement and ROI.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in social media content creation and digital advertising (Junior to Mid-Level).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and various social media ad managers.
- Creative Autonomy: A strong "creative eye" with the ability to work independently and think critically about brand strategy.
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance or generate creative assets.
- Portfolio Required: A proven track record demonstrating versatility across different industries and aesthetic styles.
- Adaptability: High emotional intelligence to understand and translate different client expectations into visual media.
Qualifications
- Experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or TikTok Ads (Highly Regarded).
- Background in graphic design using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred).
- Experience working within an agency environment handling multiple clients simultaneously (Preferred).
- Ability to present data-backed reasons for creative decisions.
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own high-spec computer (capable of rendering 4K video) and a reliable internet connection. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
