Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule (Australian Central Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute heavy data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Create and format professional documents using established templates and examples
- Transform existing business systems into formal, structured processes and documentation
- Develop templates and structured documents in Microsoft Word and Excel with precision formatting
- Create visual templates in Canva using pre-written copy and brand guidelines
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client files and proprietary business information
- Work independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision while meeting exacting quality standards
- Support the execution of business operations across multiple entities within the growing group
- Follow detailed specifications and examples to ensure consistency across all deliverables
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of executive assistant experience, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel (this is paramount)
- Experience creating templates and structured document formatting with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with Canva for basic design and template creation
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience handling confidential information with absolute discretion
- Ability to work flexible hours while maintaining productivity and clear communication
- Bonus if you have experience in professional services or consultancy environments
