Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, communications, and sales support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless email management, social media engagement, and lead conversion to drive business growth.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving the following 3 core priorities/outcomes:
- Customer and Staff Emails and messages were responded to within 3 hours during business days, with the inbox at zero.
- Social Media Management, including content creation, video script production and review, video editing, schedule management, and responding to comments.
- Convert leads to sales by understanding their needs in order to recommend services, book sales calls, and upsell products.
To ensure success, the candidate must excel at the following tasks:
- Email triage and responding.
- Payroll and payables management.
- Follow up on failed debits and processing refunds.
- Membership cancellations and holds.
- Managing Facebook ads.
- Updating tasks and projects in the CRM.
- Engaging with casual visit passes daily.
- Manage staff schedules.
- Website updates.
- Sell by chat using SMS and social media channels.
Success Metrics
- 20 new starters per month on a trial offer.
- Membership cancellation under 7 per month.
- Inbox zero is maintained with responses within 3 hours.
- Facebook/Instagram engagement is monitored and reported for comments.

- Office365
- Meta Business Suite
- Capcut
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills.
- VA (Virtual Assistant) experience.
- Sales and marketing experience.
Qualifications
- Meta/Facebook Ads Management.
- Familiarity with project management apps (Trello/ClickUp).
- Experience with email campaign apps (Go High Level).
- Customer service expertise.
- Background in the health and wellness field.
- Video editing experience.
