Our client is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and client communications. This role includes handling follow-up calls, responding to social media direct messages, maintaining organized records, and assisting with basic administrative work. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable using phone and online tools, and has basic familiarity with CRM and productivity platforms.

Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls with leads, clients, or contacts as instructed.
- Respond professionally to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media direct messages.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and databases.
- Prepare and format reports and presentation templates using tools like Google Slides (content provided by the client).
- Create and organize simple sales invoices, contracts, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain and update customer records, marketing lists, and CRM systems.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate with team members or departments to complete assigned tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain data confidentiality.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, particularly for phone interactions.
- Basic computer skills, including typing, phone usage, and understanding common applications.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with Monday.com for task or project tracking.
- Basic knowledge or experience using CRM or automation tools such as Instello and Follow Up Boss.
- Ability to manage and respond to social media direct messages professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Quick learner who can adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Comfortable using online communication and collaboration platforms.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
