Job Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Operations & Systems Manager to support our growing accounting and financial services business. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, high intellectual curiosity, and the ability to build, streamline, and manage processes across teams. You will support both internal operations and client-facing functions, with opportunities to lead teams, optimize workflows, and implement AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities
-Lead and manage small teams (initially 3–4 members, scaling to 8–10+)
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of accounting and financial reporting work
-Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs
-Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflow improvements
-Drive process standardization across client engagements
-Leverage Excel, Power BI, and AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT)
-Support automation and emerging technology implementation
-Design and optimize internal systems for efficiency and scalability
-Oversee accounting workflows across multiple clients (US, UK, Canada)
-Review financial reports, dashboards, and key metrics (P&L, margins, liquidity)
-Ensure high-quality output aligned with client expectations
-Work closely with leadership on scaling operations and team structure
-Support new business segments (e.g., hospitality/fine dining client groups)
Requirements
-Strong background in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)
-Proven experience in team leadership and remote team management
-Experience working with international clients (US/UK/Canada) preferred
-Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting systems
-Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo (or similar), Excel (advanced), Power BI, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
-Ability to build and improve SOPs, think critically, solve problems independently, and communicate clearly
