You’ll be the growth engine for a respected home renovation business, connecting homeowners who are ready to transform their kitchens with high-quality craftsmanship and personalized service. Join a well-established custom kitchen and cabinet company that has been transforming homes for over 15 years in the Greater Toronto Area. This trusted business specializes in designing and installing beautiful, custom-built kitchens and cabinetry for homeowners ready to renovate. They’re expanding beyond their strong referral network and contractor relationships to reach more families planning major kitchen renovations.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week) | Eastern Time (Toronto)
  • Monday to Friday 4pm to 8pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify qualified prospects planning kitchen renovations or new installations within the Greater Toronto Area
  • Generate high-quality leads of homeowners actively considering custom kitchen projects (not small repairs or maintenance)
  • Conduct strategic outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, and other proven lead generation methods
  • Qualify prospects to ensure genuine interest in full kitchen renovations and custom cabinetry solutions
  • Set qualified appointments for the sales team to provide in-home measurements and project quotes
  • Focus lead generation efforts within a one-hour radius of Toronto to optimize service delivery
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and lead generation activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the team to refine ideal customer profiles and improve targeting strategies
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or appointment setting roles
  • Strong understanding of the North American market, with Canadian market knowledge preferred
  • Excellent research skills to identify and qualify potential prospects effectively
  • Outstanding communication abilities for phone and email outreach campaigns
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote environment
  • Results-oriented mindset with experience working toward lead generation targets and KPIs
  • Bonus if you have familiarity with home renovation industry or kitchen remodeling processes
  • It helps if you have experience with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales automation platforms

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
