Job Description
You’ll join a growing coaching business as their go-to technical specialist, playing a crucial role in client success and business operations. This position offers the perfect blend of technical platform management and client relationship building, where you’ll work directly with the founder to onboard new clients and ensure their success. With established SOPs and a focus on one industry, you’ll quickly master the systems while having room to grow with the expanding business.

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: New Zealand Time (Auckland)

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Go High Level sub-accounts for new car detailing business clients
• Create and optimize Meta advertising campaigns using proven templates for the car detailing industry
• Facilitate client onboarding processes and ensure smooth fulfillment delivery
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Go High Level platform issues
• Manage client communications through WhatsApp community and individual business group chats
• Conduct regular client check-ins and serve as primary support contact before escalation
• Create quick promotional videos with captions using AI voiceover tools like 11 Labs
• Handle administrative tasks and follow established SOPs for streamlined processes
• Participate in Skool community management and support educational content delivery
• Collaborate directly with the founder and coaching team on client success initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience with Go High Level platform (setup, management, technical support)
• Strong background in Meta advertising (campaign setup, navigation, optimization)
• Excellent written communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and processes
• Experience with WhatsApp and Skool platforms preferred
• Basic video creation skills and familiarity with AI tools like 11 Labs
