Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to prospect businesses needing regular commercial cleaning services
- Follow up systematically on submitted quotes and proposals to drive contract conversions
- Research and identify high-potential prospects in the commercial cleaning market
- Chase leads through the sales pipeline from initial contact to signed contracts
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities
- Focus specifically on securing ongoing cleaning contracts rather than one-off projects
- Work independently to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Build relationships with decision-makers at target businesses
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven cold calling experience with strong phone presence and communication skills
- Self-motivated approach with ability to work independently and drive results
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
- Results-driven mindset focused on conversion metrics and revenue generation
- Bonus if you have experience in B2B services or commercial cleaning industry
- Familiarity with Australian business culture and communication styles is a plus
