Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to support their Sales and Marketing team across various initiatives, including marketing campaigns, client communications, training programs, and internal operations. Client Overview

Join a well-established healthcare services company that specializes in supporting medical practices with billing, revenue cycle management, and administrative solutions. The company works closely with healthcare providers to streamline operations and improve financial performance. They also provide professional education and training programs for medical billing professionals.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST, with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist with organizing and coordinating promotional events, digital campaigns, and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Draft and distribute communications for clients and internal team members.
  • Maintain and track promotional item inventory.
  • Support the monitoring and implementation of client referral and affinity programs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on marketing activities.

Sales Support

  • Prepare reports and assist in maintaining departmental budgets.
  • Facilitate and coordinate sales and marketing meetings.
  • Assist in creating proposals and sales documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute contracts and contract addendums.
  • Maintain and update records within the Zoho CRM system.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to support sales initiatives.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Maintain and update calendars for advertising schedules and conferences.
  • Prepare, ship, and manage inventory for conference materials and supplies.
  • Assist with organizing internal documentation and operational processes.

Training Program & Course Support

  • Manage student communications, including registrations, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Support course development and administrative management within the LearnWorlds platform.
  • Assist with creating SOPs, workflows, and checklists for training program operations.
  • Develop and organize resources needed for course creation and delivery.
  • Monitor relevant social media groups related to training programs and community engagement.

Technology & Virtual Events

  • Set up and manage meetings, webinars, and virtual events as required.

Financial Coordination

  • Coordinate with the Finance team regarding sales and marketing expenditures and related documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM or similar systems).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or online training platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
