Our client is looking for a high-energy, professional B2B Sales Development Representative to be the front line of growth for a scaling healthcare equipment company. Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calling (50–150 calls daily) to hospitals, imaging centers, and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Lead Qualification: Navigate complex hospital phone systems to reach key decision-makers, deliver compelling company introductions, and identify qualified opportunities through strategic questioning.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments for the internal sales team and ensure seamless handoffs of high-potential leads.
- CRM Management: Populate the CRM system with detailed prospect information, call outcomes, and follow-up tasks.
- Objection Handling: Professionally address concerns and build initial trust with healthcare professionals using established scripts and adaptive communication.
- Performance: Maintain consistent performance metrics and contribute to overall team growth goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B outbound sales and cold calling, ideally within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Communication: Strong phone presence and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with medical facility contacts.
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume calling and rejection; ability to maintain high energy and positive motivation throughout the day.
- Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems and structured lead qualification processes.
- Work Environment: Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment for professional phone-based work.
Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience or familiarity with medical equipment sales is a significant bonus.
