Job Description: You’ll take ownership of paid advertising campaigns that directly drive business growth for a diverse portfolio of established clients. As a PPC Specialist, you’ll have the autonomy to optimize high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms while working with a seasoned team that values expertise and results. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday); Eastern Time operations with some Central Time flexibility

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive account maintenance and optimization for client PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of advertising accounts to ensure optimal functionality and performance
- Monitor and manage ad spend to prevent overspending while maximizing return on investment
- Ensure all advertisements are functioning properly and meeting performance standards
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Bing, and LinkedIn platforms
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic approaches for diverse client industries
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Google Ads certification (or commitment to obtain certification quickly)
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and performance monitoring
- Experience with paid advertising account maintenance and optimization
- Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bonus if you have experience working with home services, healthcare, or legal industry clients
- It helps if you’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment
