Schedule

  • Tuesday – Saturday, 4 hours/day, 20 hours per week
  • Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Virginia)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns to drive e-commerce sales
  • Set up and manage TikTok Shop operations and marketing strategies
  • Handle social media management across multiple platforms to build brand presence
  • Coordinate order fulfillment processes with warehouses and shipping partners
  • Manage eBay integration and product listings for expanded market reach
  • Build and optimize website functionality for improved user experience
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Study existing business models and implement systematic operational improvements
  • Handle administrative tasks related to order processing and customer management

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on e-commerce marketing experience
  • Proven experience with Facebook advertising and campaign management
  • Knowledge of TikTok marketing and social commerce platforms
  • Basic website building and management capabilities
  • Understanding of dropshipping and order fulfillment processes
  • Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation

Nice to Have / Qualifications

  • eBay selling experience
  • Comfortable learning new e-commerce platforms quickly
  • Experience with social media content creation

Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are based on performance in the application process.
