Client Overview

You’ll support a dynamic healthcare entrepreneur who operates two medical clinics across Victoria while also working in Australia’s live events industry. This multi-faceted business leader values trust, communication, and flexibility, offering you the opportunity to grow into a true business partnership role with significant autonomy and variety in your daily work.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Australian Eastern Time, Victoria (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar coordination across two separate medical clinics and events business
  • Create engaging marketing materials and social media content using Canva
  • Provide email management and organization support with growth to full access
  • Update website content on WordPress backend with provided training
  • Handle scheduling and time allocation across multiple business contexts
  • Support event-related administrative tasks during travel periods
  • Maintain proactive awareness of the business owner’s location and availability
  • Assist with personal organization and lifestyle management tasks
  • Coordinate between different business ventures and maintain context switching
  • Develop systems and processes to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Marketing & Creative Experience: Hands-on background in marketing or a related creative field.
  • Design Skills: Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and content creation.
  • Admin & Communication: Strong administrative capabilities coupled with excellent written communication skills.
  • Autonomy: Comfortable working independently and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly pivot between different business contexts.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting busy executives or entrepreneurs who wear multiple hats.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and social media management.
  • Industry knowledge or background in healthcare.
