Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for a dynamic renewable energy company at the forefront of Australia’s sustainable energy transformation. This versatile sales role puts you at the center of both B2B and B2C channels, where you’ll own the full sales cycle while contributing to meaningful environmental impact. You’ll have the flexibility to focus on different sales activities based on business priorities, from prospecting new opportunities to closing high-value deals.

A rapidly expanding solar and battery company based in Melbourne that’s making a real impact across all Australian states. They’re at an exciting growth phase, actively expanding into new renewable energy projects while building out their sales team to support ambitious scaling plans.

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through strategic cold calling and prospecting activities
- Close sales deals across both business and consumer market segments
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal completion
- Utilize Monday.com platform for sales process management and pipeline tracking
- Adapt daily focus areas between prospecting, nurturing, and closing based on business needs
- Support company expansion efforts across multiple Australian states
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations and customer management
- Contribute to the development of sales processes as the team scales
Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
- Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments
- Strong cold calling and lead generation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage full sales cycles
- Proficiency in Monday.com or strong willingness to learn the platform quickly
- Availability to work Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Bonus if you have renewable energy or solar industry experience
- Comfortable with versatile role responsibilities and changing daily priorities
