Job Description
You’ll drive business growth by connecting quality commercial cleaning services with prospects who need them. This role puts you at the forefront of business development, where your outreach efforts directly translate into new contracts and company expansion. You’ll work with modern prospecting tools and have the flexibility to start part-time with strong potential for full-time growth as results demonstrate success.
Schedule: 20+ hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 10:00AM to 3:00PM

Conduct targeted outbound calls to commercial cleaning prospects

Work with provided prospect lists and Apollo.io prospecting platform

Report on call outcomes and appointment setting metrics

Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and follow-ups

Collaborate with the team to refine targeting and messaging strategies
Requirements

2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development

Strong communication and phone skills with confidence in cold calling

Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work

Comfortable working with CRM systems and prospect databases

Ability to work during New Zealand business hours

Bonus if you have experience in the cleaning industry or B2B services
