Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to business prospects for software subscriptions
  • Close deals directly during initial phone conversations with target completion under 10 minutes
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospect contact through deal completion
  • Transition qualified prospects to appointment scheduling when an immediate close isn’t achieved
  • Schedule follow-up calls with senior team members for prospects requiring additional decision time
  • Navigate the company website during sales conversations to reference product information
  • Maintain efficient call management and time optimization
  • Contribute to aggressive growth targets as part of an expanding sales team

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills for business-to-business interactions
  • Ability to work efficiently and complete sales calls in under 10 minutes
  • Experience managing full sales cycles from initial contact to close
  • Comfortable with basic computer operations and web navigation during calls
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Available for 9 am-6 pm EST schedule with reliable internet connection
  • Bonus if you have experience with software or SaaS sales
  • It helps if you’re comfortable transitioning between direct sales and appointment setting
