About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated B2B Sales and Support Specialist. This role is focused on delivering a great customer experience, but also heavily involves prospecting and finding people who will buy our product. You should be comfortable hunting for B2B leads and assisting with sales calls.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to support, with specific experience in B2B prospecting and sales development.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential customers and find people who will buy the product
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to identify and reach out to B2B leads
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging
• Troubleshoot issues, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
• Support customers during onboarding and ongoing product usage
• Assist with sales development and participate in sales calls as required
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and support systems
• Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams

Requirements:

• Experience in prospecting and finding new customers is required
• Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for phone calls

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
