Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and delivering great service? Our client is looking for a reliable and confident Customer Support Representative to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—responding to emails, handling phone and live chat inquiries, and providing clear, friendly support to both new and existing customers. You’ll also manage customer requests such as refunds and quotes using an internal CRM, ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and professionally.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Inbound Support: Answer phone calls, online chat inquiries, and questions from both new and existing customers.
- Email Management: Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
- CRM Operations: Look up customer order details from the internal CRM to provide accurate assistance.
- Request Processing: Handle refunds and other customer requests according to internal procedures.
- Sales Support: Send email and SMS quotes to customers to support business growth and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven customer service experience; candidates with sales or prospecting experience (revenue-driving skills) are highly preferred.
- Voice Proficiency: Strong English proficiency is mandatory for high-quality, voice-based customer support.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills tailored for phone-based customer interactions.
- Availability: Must be able to work full-time during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
