Job Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled App Developer to join a development-focused team building a modern property management application. As a FlutterFlow developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a mobile app designed to streamline property management processes and user interactions. You will work closely with the team to translate product requirements into functional features while ensuring performance, usability, and scalability. This role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM [Eastern Standard Time], with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Application Development: Develop and maintain a property management mobile application using FlutterFlow. Translate project requirements into functional features and implement UI components and workflows.
• Feature Implementation: Build and deploy new features based on product specifications. Integrate backend services and APIs as required to ensure reliable performance.
• Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues. Test functionality across various devices and continuously optimize the application for usability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to refine requirements, provide progress updates, and recommend improvements to the user experience.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience developing applications using FlutterFlow.
• Development Concepts: Strong understanding of mobile application development concepts and the ability to translate requirements into working features.
• Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with high attention to detail.
• Integrations: Experience integrating APIs and backend services (preferred).
• Mindset: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a commitment to high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Experience building property management or SaaS applications is a significant bonus.
• Knowledge of Flutter or related development frameworks.
• Experience working with mobile UI/UX best practices.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
