Job Description

You’ll be the creative force behind stunning visual content that showcases beautiful lash work and helps build a growing online education platform. This role combines your marketing expertise with aesthetic design skills in the beauty industry, working directly with a passionate business owner who values creativity and visual appeal. You’ll play a crucial role in transforming a successful in-person business into a thriving online education platform, creating content that resonates with beauty professionals and lash enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit visually appealing social media content using Canva and other design tools
• Develop marketing materials that maintain an aesthetic, beauty-focused brand image
• Edit videos of lash extension procedures and treatments for social media and course content
• Manage Instagram and other visual social media platforms with focus on engagement
• Support website development and e-commerce setup using Shopify
• Transform written content briefs into polished, branded visual materials
• Assist with the strategic transition from in-person services to online course offerings
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all marketing touchpoints

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing and graphic design
• Proficiency in Canva (primary design tool)
• Video editing skills for beauty and treatment content
• Strong aesthetic sense, particularly for beauty and wellness brands
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Understanding of beauty industry trends and female-focused marketing
• Bonus if you have experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• It helps if you have worked with online course creation or educational content
