Job Description:
You’ll be the key player behind the scenes, transforming raw land data into compelling house and land packages that help families find their dream homes. This role combines research, data management, and creative presentation work where you’ll own the entire process from initial outreach to final package creation. You’ll work independently in a supportive remote environment, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale and serve more customers.
Client Overview:
A growing real estate company specializing in house and land packages that connect buyers with complete property solutions. They’re expanding their market reach and streamlining operations to serve more customers across the Australian property market. This is a fresh role with an opportunity to establish processes and make a direct impact on business growth.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible during the client’s business hours (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Email land agents to request and obtain current price lists for available land parcels
- Input land pricing, sizes, and specifications into organized spreadsheets using Excel
- Apply the company's house price lists to the land data to calculate complete package pricing
- Create professional PDF presentations featuring visual representations of house and land packages using Canva
- Research and identify new blocks of land suitable for packaging opportunities
- Post completed packages on realestate.com or distribute to the internal team for client presentations
- Maintain accurate pricing databases and records for ongoing reference
- Manage the entire workflow from initial land agent contact to final package delivery
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and calculations
- Experience with Canva for creating visual presentations and marketing materials
- Excellent written communication skills for professional email correspondence
- Strong attention to detail for accurate pricing and data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer-savvy with a reliable internet connection for remote work
- Bonus if you have real estate industry experience or an admin assistant background
- It helps if you’re familiar with the Australian property market
