Job Description: You’ll join a dynamic marketing agency where your WordPress expertise directly impacts client success. This role offers the perfect blend of creative website development and technical problem-solving, working on diverse projects from stunning new e-commerce sites to optimizing existing client websites. You’ll collaborate with talented UI/UX designers and have the autonomy to work flexibly while contributing to meaningful projects that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new WordPress and WooCommerce websites from concept to launch
  • Convert Figma UI/UX designs into fully functional, responsive websites
  • Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization for existing client websites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including plugin conflicts and performance problems
  • Manage WordPress plugin updates and ensure optimal site security
  • Handle hosting-related issues and email configuration problems
  • Support multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development and customization
  • Extensive experience with WooCommerce platform and e-commerce functionality
  • Proficiency working with Figma designs and converting them to functional websites
  • Solid understanding of website maintenance best practices and troubleshooting
  • Experience with plugin management, updates, and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of hosting environments and email configuration
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bonus if you have experience with PHP, CSS, and JavaScript customization
  • It helps if you’ve worked with marketing agencies or SMB clients before
