Job Description: You’ll be the driving force behind converting high-quality leads into signed leases for premium apartment rentals. This role puts you at the center of a fast-paced sales operation where your energy and closing skills directly impact company growth. You’ll leverage advanced AI technology and automated texting platforms while building relationships with prospective tenants through high-volume outreach and strategic follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Make 200+ outbound sales calls daily to qualified apartment rental leads
- Close deals directly on calls or coordinate seamlessly with lead closure specialists
- Utilize AI-powered texting platforms and automated response systems
- Engage prospects using proven open-ended questioning techniques
- Follow up on AI-generated text message responses from interested prospects
- Cover maximum territory with strategic lead outreach and relationship building
- Handle Spanish-speaking prospects when opportunities arise
- Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout high-volume calling sessions
Requirements:
- Sales experience in any industry (real estate experience strongly preferred)
- Energetic, engaging personality that shines through phone interactions
- Proven ability to handle high call volume in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and natural phone presence
- Commitment to full-time hours and consistent performance
- Willingness to learn and master new AI technology platforms
- Experience with sales role-playing and advanced questioning techniques
