JOB OVERVIEW
This is a high-volume cold calling position focused on booking appointments with real estate agents and professionals for media services.
The role requires making hundreds of outbound calls daily to cold leads with the goal of securing 40-50 qualified appointments per month.
Success in this position depends on achieving an 80 percent show rate for booked appointments and delivering significant ROI through consistent lead conversion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Make hundreds of cold calls daily to real estate agents and professionals to promote property media services
Book qualified appointments with high-volume real estate agents, ensuring strong commitment and follow-through
Achieve monthly targets of 40-50 booked appointments with an 80 percent show rate
Overcome objections and pushbacks effectively while maintaining professionalism and persistence
Utilize provided CRM system to manage leads, track calls, and schedule appointments via Calendly or similar platforms
Deliver opening spiels, ask qualifying questions, and secure firm commitments from prospects
Follow provided scripts and calling lists while adapting communication style to different client types
Handle both residential real estate clients and commercial prospects across multiple service territories
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting, specifically within the real estate industry
Strong communication skills with clear, confident speaking ability and professional phone presence
Demonstrated ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure without stuttering or rattling
Track record of achieving appointment setting targets and understanding that cold calling is a numbers game with realistic 2-5 percent conversion rates
Experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools for lead management and appointment booking
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and industry practices
Previous experience working with real estate media services, photography, or marketing companies
Familiarity with servicing clients across multiple US time zones
