Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide 1st and 2nd-line support to internal teams and clients across multiple time zones, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues independently.
- Systems Administration: Set up, configure, and maintain remote access tools, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud-based environments (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365).
- Platform Management: Administer and optimize key business tools including Squarespace, Monday.com, Aircall, Mailchimp, and Timely.
- Identity & Access Management: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and the technical onboarding/offboarding processes for all staff.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Proactively identify vulnerabilities and implement data protection measures and IT asset management protocols.
- Documentation: Create and maintain internal knowledge bases, technical process documentation, and user guides to empower the team.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of proven, hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Deep knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to work through complex issues without micromanagement.
- Professional English communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Squarespace (website maintenance) and Monday.com (board configuration) (Highly Regarded).
- Experience with cloud-based phone systems like Aircall or email marketing tools like Mailchimp (Preferred).
- Experience supporting remote teams across different time zones (Preferred).
- A continuous learner mindset, staying current with emerging IT industry best practices.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
