Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing, confident Sales Representative to manage inbound inquiries and drive revenue growth. This is not just a "phone role"—it is a consultative sales position where you will interview potential clients, assess their specific lawn service needs, and provide tailored solutions that create an exceptional customer experience.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (US Central Time), with an hour unpaid break

Core Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales & Closing: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from prospects interested in lawn services. Your goal is to convert inquiries into sales at a high rate by building immediate rapport and demonstrating value.
- Consultative Needs Assessment: Interview clients to understand their property size, specific lawn issues, and expectations. Confidently provide professional solutions based on our service catalog.
- Customer Experience Management: Simplify the sales process for the client. Guide them through the service lifecycle, manage expectations regarding timing and results, and ensure they feel supported from the first call.
- CRM & Technical Proficiency: Rapidly learn and utilize our CRM system to track leads, manage the pipeline, and document client interactions with precision.
- Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the office and operations teams to ensure sales are coordinated with the current service schedule and crew availability.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Sales Track Record: Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment with a focus on "one-call" or high-velocity closing.
- Learning Agility: A self-starter who can quickly master new software (CRM) and technical service knowledge (Lawn Care/Horticulture basics).
- Confidence & Clarity: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to lead a conversation and simplify complex service details.
- Reliability: Disciplined enough to manage a busy inbound queue while maintaining detailed notes for the operations team.
