Responsibilities
- Video Production: Edit and repurpose TikTok content for platforms like YouTube Shorts and Snapchat Spotlight using CapCut.
- Digital Presence: Create and publish updates on Google Business profiles and assist in requesting and managing customer reviews.
- Content Generation: Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT) to generate engaging posts and written marketing content.
- Market Research: Conduct research on potential business opportunities, including HOAs, commercial properties, and property managers.
- Campaign Support: Support seasonal LeadBridge campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
- E-commerce Management: Assist with the management and maintenance of the company's e-commerce store and TikTok Shop.
- General Administration: Provide administrative support, including email organization, invoicing, scheduling, and other small business tasks.
Requirements
- Video Editing: Demonstrated proficiency with CapCut and a portfolio of engaging video content.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience handling tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and client communications.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Technical Aptitude: Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies; comfortable leveraging AI for productivity.
- Organization: Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliability: Reliable internet connection and the ability to work consistently during Pacific Time business hours.
- Passion for creative content and an appreciation for landscape/construction aesthetics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
