They specialize in residential real estate services and previously maintained strong online presence through SEO-driven lead generation. JOB OVERVIEW This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week with a minimum three-month commitment. The role focuses on revamping and maintaining the company website that has not been updated in two years. The successful candidate will work independently on back-end website tasks while seeking approval for front-end changes and graphics. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform comprehensive website maintenance including back-end updates and technical improvements. Build and design SEO-friendly website structure to improve organic search rankings. Identify and resolve website red flags affecting performance and user experience. Optimize website loading speed and overall user experience to reduce bounce rates. Provide regular updates on website improvements and seek approval for graphic and design changes before implementation. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in web development with strong portfolio demonstrating previous website projects. Expertise in building SEO-friendly websites with understanding of technical SEO requirements. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating ownership and maturity in task execution. NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Experience working with real estate websites or similar industries. Familiarity with AI integration for website optimization and search visibility.
