Our client is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with a sharp "eye for design" and a deep interest in female-focused fashion brands. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind visually compelling EDMs, digital banners, and high-impact social media content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads.

Schedule

Responsibilities
- Digital Design: Create visually stunning EDMs (Email Direct Marketing), web banners, and digital assets tailored for fashion audiences.
- Social Media Content: Design and edit engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta ads, ensuring all creative meets platform specifications.
- Asset Repurposing: Efficiently transform and repurpose creative assets across multimedia channels (emails, stories, video, etc.) to maintain brand consistency.
- Image Curation & AI: Select and curate images from fashion shoots for website use and utilize AI tools (Caimera, KIVE.ai, Botika) to generate fashion models.
- Print & Multimedia: Develop print-ready assets such as lookbooks, PDFs, presentations, and creative fashion prints for apparel (T-shirts, yardage).
- Team Collaboration: Provide design briefs to offshore editing teams and stay abreast of competitor activity and global fashion trends.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of female-focused fashion and lifestyle brand aesthetics.
- Proven experience in EDM design (specifically using Klaviyo or similar platforms).
- High-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for advanced image editing.
- Skilled in Canva for rapid content creation.
- Competency in video editing for short-form social media (Reels, TikTok).
- Ability to design effective ads with clear Calls to Action (CTAs).
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a high-speed environment.
Qualifications
- Experience generating AI-based fashion models or using AI design tools (Highly Regarded).
- Background in print design, including lookbooks or textile/apparel graphics (Preferred).
- Ability to provide clear, actionable design briefs for external or offshore teams (Preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing a modern, trendy aesthetic aligned with current fashion industry standards.
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer (capable of running Adobe Creative Suite) and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
