Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support the end-to-end recruitment process by proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates across a range of roles. The role works closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver timely, high-quality shortlists, build strong and sustainable talent pools, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Pooling: Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search. Build and maintain talent pools aligned to current and future hiring needs while conducting market mapping for talent availability.
- Candidate Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial phone screens and assessments. Prepare candidate summaries for Hiring Managers and coordinate interviews and feedback, ensuring a professional and inclusive experience.
- Advertising & Process Support: Draft and post job advertisements in line with brand guidelines. Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM and support reporting and compliance.
- Relationship Management: Engage and nurture passive candidates through ongoing communication and act as a key point of contact for Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Requirements
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing and talent pooling.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Experience using ATS/CRM systems and modern recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Work Ethic: Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Professionalism: High degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Qualification in HR, Business, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in an agency, in-house, or RPO recruitment environment is desirable.
- Exposure to high-volume or specialist recruitment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and current market trends.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
