Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) | Eastern Time (Canada)

Responsibilities:
- Edit podcasts using Riverside FM and Descript, ensuring professional audio quality and engaging content
- Create and manage social media content across multiple business accounts and industries
- Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva for various promotional campaigns
- Perform video editing for promotional content and marketing initiatives
- Develop and manage email newsletters through MailChimp and Cyber Impact platforms
- Maintain and update WordPress websites with fresh content and functionality improvements
- Execute digital marketing strategies following documented processes and video training materials
- Learn new tools and platforms through Loom video tutorials and systematic training approaches
- Support various marketing tasks across multiple business verticals as needed
- Potentially assist with training future team members as the organization grows
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and marketing materials
- Experience with WordPress website management and content updates
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (MailChimp or similar tools)
- Strong technology aptitude with ability to quickly learn new software and platforms
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed process documentation
- Bonus if you have understanding of North American business culture and communication styles
- It helps if you have French language skills for occasional multilingual content
- Experience with podcast editing tools like Riverside FM or Descript is a plus
