Client Overview
Our client is a fast-growing UK-based custom garment printing company specializing in branded clothing, uniforms, merchandise, and promotional apparel for businesses and organisations. With full in-house production capabilities and the capacity to produce both small orders and large-scale runs of over 40,000 t-shirts per week, the company serves sports teams, schools, local businesses, events, and brands. The business is expanding its outbound sales efforts to generate new B2B opportunities across the UK.

Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound outreach to UK businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organisations
- Introduce the company’s custom garment printing services professionally
- Build relationships with prospects and generate interest in branded garment solutions
Lead Qualification
- Gather key project details from prospects including:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Phone, email, or social media contact details
- Type of garments required
- Print method required (if known)
- Estimated order quantity
- Project deadline
- Whether artwork or logo already exists
- Budget range where possible
- Whether the order is one-off or ongoing
- Decision-maker status
Appointment Setting & Pipeline Development
- Book appointments, quote requests, or warm handovers for the sales team
- Follow up consistently across multiple touchpoints
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders and long-term accounts
- Maintain consistent outreach activity to build a strong sales pipeline
Lead Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect interactions including:
- Who was contacted
- Date and communication channel used
- Response status
- Next follow-up date
- Notes from conversations
- Lead qualification status
- Quote requests or appointments booked
- Provide regular reporting on outreach activity, lead generation, and pipeline progress
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English with a professional phone presence
- Experience selling or generating leads in the UK market preferred
- Confident with cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent outreach activity
- Strong organisational skills for tracking leads and follow-ups
- Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, or lead tracking tools
- Ability to communicate professionally while adapting messaging for different prospects
Qualifications (if available)
- Experience selling custom printing, apparel, promotional merchandise, uniforms, or workwear
- Experience in B2B service-based sales environments
- Understanding of industries such as fitness, sports clubs, hospitality, events, or schools
- Experience in appointment setting or pipeline development roles

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
