Responsibilities
-Create and manage engaging social media content across Instagram and YouTube
-Develop daily questions and book-related posts for fantasy/sci-fi readers
-Respond to comments, direct messages, and community engagement
-Research and connect with booktok, bookstagram, and booktube communities
-Design visual content using Canva or CapCut
-Complete administrative tasks including Google Sheets data entry and research
-Fill out bookstore submission forms and distribution applications
-Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships within the book community
-Maintain consistent brand voice aligned with the fantasy/sci-fi audience
Requirements
-Strong passion for and knowledge of fantasy and sci-fi literature
-Familiarity with booktok, bookstagram, and booktube communities
-Experience with social media management, especially Instagram
-Understanding of target audience preferences for fantasy/sci-fi readers
-Basic computer literacy and experience with Google Sheets
-Strong written communication skills in English
Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
-Experience with Canva or CapCut for graphic design
-Understanding nuances between book genres and their audiences

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
