Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to be the voice of a thriving pest control business. In this role, you will turn inbound leads into satisfied customers while building meaningful relationships that drive revenue growth. You will handle a high volume of interactions during the peak busy season and use your autonomy to maximize impact through proactive follow-up and targeted lead generation during slower periods.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales: Answer inbound phone calls and confidently close pest control service deals.
- Systems Management: Navigate and utilize multiple integrated systems, including Smarter Launch and Pest Pack, for seamless order and transaction processing.
- Lead Generation: Conduct strategic follow-up activities and targeted prospecting to drive additional revenue during slower periods.
- Nurturing Campaigns: Handle lead nurturing initiatives to maintain strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty.
- Volume Management: Adapt to varying daily call volumes ranging from 10 to 100+ customer interactions, maintaining consistent availability during peak season.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
- Technical aptitude to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously.
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to handle seasonal volume fluctuations and varying workloads.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems (Highly Regarded).
- Background in the pest control or home services industry (Preferred).
- Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments during peak business cycles.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
