Role Overview:
We are looking for a LinkedIn Content & Community Manager to grow the company’s visibility and follower base among professionals in the insights and market research industry.
This role focuses on building and executing a LinkedIn strategy that combines content creation, community engagement, and audience growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing LinkedIn for B2B companies and understands how to engage with professional communities to increase brand visibility and attract followers.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible time (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy targeted at insights professionals, market researchers, research leaders, and research operations teams.
- Build and manage a monthly LinkedIn content calendar.
- Identify relevant conversations, trends, and topics within the insights, market research, and customer research space.
- Content Creation
- Write and publish 3–5 LinkedIn posts per week for the company page.
- Transform research, reports, and insights into engaging LinkedIn content.
- Create simple LinkedIn carousel posts and visual assets when appropriate.
- Repurpose long-form content (reports, blogs, webinars) into LinkedIn-native formats.
- Engagement & Community Building
- Engage actively with posts from industry leaders, research professionals, agencies, and relevant organizations.
- Leave thoughtful comments on relevant posts to increase visibility and attract followers.
- Like and interact with posts from target audiences and industry voices.
- Monitor and respond to comments on company posts when appropriate.
- Audience Growth
- Proactively grow the company’s LinkedIn follower base within the insights and market research community.
- Identify and engage with high-value accounts, companies, and professional communities.
- Use engagement strategies designed to increase company page visibility and followers.
- Analytics & Optimization
- Track key metrics including follower growth, impressions, engagement rate, and profile visits.
- Analyze which content and engagement tactics drive the strongest results.
- Provide a monthly performance report with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn pages for B2B companies.
- Experience growing LinkedIn followers through both content and engagement strategies.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to turn complex ideas (research, insights, reports) into engaging social media content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and performance tracking.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a consistent posting schedule.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
