Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy AI Video Content Creator to produce high-quality video content using the latest AI-powered video generation tools. This role will focus on creating engaging marketing, educational, and social media videos by leveraging advanced AI platforms such as Runway AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, Google Veo, and Kling AI. The ideal candidate should understand AI-driven video workflows, prompt engineering, avatar-based video generation, and cinematic AI content creation. This role requires someone who can transform ideas, scripts, or prompts into compelling video content suitable for marketing, product demonstrations, training, and social media distribution.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM London UK Time, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
AI Video Production

• Create professional video content using leading AI platforms such as Runway AI, HeyGen, Synthesia, Google Veo, and Kling AI.
• Develop cinematic and photorealistic video content using AI generation tools and prompt-based workflows.
• Generate AI avatar-based videos for marketing, training, or educational purposes.

Content Development

• Transform scripts, prompts, or concepts into engaging video content.
• Produce short-form and long-form AI-generated videos for social media, advertising, product demos, and internal communications.
• Maintain consistent characters, environments, and branding across multiple AI-generated video clips.

Editing & Optimization

• Refine AI-generated footage with editing tools and workflows using platforms such as Descript and other AI editing software.
• Optimize videos for different platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure high production quality including proper audio sync, voice-over integration, and visual consistency.

Social Media & Distribution

• Generate ready-to-publish social media videos using automation platforms such as InVideo AI.
• Manage or assist with content scheduling using social publishing tools such as PostEverywhere.
• Adapt video formats for various channels including short-form platforms.

Research & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest AI video creation technologies and trends.
• Test and experiment with new tools such as Pika and Luma Dream Machine for stylized and cinematic content.
• Continuously improve workflow efficiency by integrating AI tools for voiceovers, music, editing, and publishing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, video editing, or AI-generated content creation.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway AI, HeyGen, or Synthesia.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for AI video generation.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Familiarity with AI avatars, voice cloning, and automated video workflows.
• Ability to maintain visual and character consistency across multiple AI-generated clips.
• Strong storytelling and creative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating cinematic AI video using advanced tools such as Runway AI or Google Veo.
• Familiarity with AI-based animation and stylized content tools like Pika.
• Knowledge of video editing and text-based editing workflows using Descript.
• Experience with AI-powered social media automation tools such as InVideo AI and PostEverywhere.
