You’ll be the central hub for executive communications, operational support, and business coordination across multiple entities. You’ll be supporting a Chief Financial Officer who oversees multiple successful companies in a dynamic business portfolio. Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST, and Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Answer and professionally screen incoming phone calls for executive leadership.
- Inbox Triage: Manage the executive email inbox, summarizing key messages and drafting professional responses.
- Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, scheduling, and personal assistance tasks.
- Stakeholder Relations: Conduct follow-up communications with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create, format, and compile Excel reports and business analysis documents.
- Discretion: Handle sensitive client interactions with high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support and manage back-office operational tasks across multiple company operations.
Requirements
- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report creation and data formatting.
- Experience: Previous executive assistant or administrative support experience.
- Email & Phone Management: Experience with executive-level correspondence and a professional phone presence.
- Reliability: Ability to handle sensitive client interactions and manage a high volume of executive tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting C-level executives is a significant bonus.
- Comfort working across multiple business entities simultaneously.
- Experience in client-sensitive or high-discretion environments is preferred.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
