Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer support for agricultural software platform, including tutorial assistance and inquiry management
- Manage calendar coordination and scheduling optimization across both business operations
- Maintain health and safety compliance documentation and system adherence for construction operations
- Assist with quoting processes and administrative workflows for civil construction project
- Build and implement scalable business systems to improve operational efficiency
- Handle customer communications and phone support to reduce owner workload
- Monitor project costings and provide financial updates as role develops
- Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions without constant oversight
Requirements
