Responsibilities
- Answer morning calls and provide professional customer support
- Handle messages received overnight and respond or route them appropriately
- Enter and maintain accurate client data in TaxSlayer
- Assist with uploading and organizing client documents
- Schedule and manage client appointments
Required Skills for This Position
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and consistent in managing tasks and information
Preferred but Not Required (Training Provided)
- Experience using TaxSlayer (required for tax data entry once trained)
- Familiarity with CRM workflow systems
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Experience using PDF editing tools
- Familiarity with phone systems such as RingCentral, Grasshopper, or similar platforms
