Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Services Representative to support insurance policy servicing and client requests. In this role, you will assist with administrative insurance tasks such as adding drivers or vehicles to existing policies, generating certificates of insurance, and responding to client communications. This position focuses on customer service and back-office policy processing while working within agency management systems and collaborating with internal tools to manage client requests efficiently.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 0:00 AM/PM - 0:00 AM/PM [PST], with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
-Process requests to add vehicles to existing insurance policies
-Handle requests to add drivers to insurance policies
-Generate and provide certificates of insurance to clients
-Manage various back-office insurance activities and client requests
-Work within agency management systems (AMS) such as EZ Links or HawkSoft
-Respond to client emails and requests through designated inbox systems
-Collaborate with AI routing systems to handle incoming client communications
-Provide customer service support to insureds, prospects, and existing clients
-Process manual insurance tasks for transportation, ambulance services, and healthcare sectors
Requirements
-Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
-Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services
-Experience with commercial insurance is required
-Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish is a strong plus
-Ability to learn and work with agency management systems
-Willingness to be trained on company-specific processes and procedures
-Comfortable working in a manual, detail-oriented environment
-Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work
Qualifications
-Experience using agency management systems such as EZ Links or HawkSoft
-Experience working with commercial insurance clients in transportation or healthcare sectors
-Ability to manage multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
