Responsibilities

  • Design static, animated, and short-form and long-form video creatives for food &
    beverage brands across social media, paid ads, websites, and in-store promotions
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube
    Shorts, and paid media
  • Edit food, drink, and lifestyle footage into engaging, platform-optimized content
  • Adapt creatives for organic and paid placements
  • Collaborate with growth marketers to translate promotions, launches, and campaigns
    into compelling visuals
  • Iterate and improve creatives based on performance feedback and platform trends
  • Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting deadlines
  • Able to quickly jump into U.S. social media trends and adapt them into on-brand visuals and videos
  • Strong understanding of U.S. trends, memes, humor, and short-form video culture
  • Ability to translate trending formats into engaging, funny, and brand-appropriate content for food & beverage brands

Tools & Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Video editing tools such as Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Canva for collaborative templates and quick-turn assets
  • Deep Understanding of platform-native tools for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Experience using AI creative tools to enhance speed and quality, such as:
    • AI image generation and enhancement tools
    • AI-assisted video editing, captioning, and background removal
    • AI tools for resizing, versioning, and creative variations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or video editing
  • Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling and social media best practices
  • Ability to design within brand guidelines while maintaining creativity
  • Strong attention to detail, pacing, layout, and typography
  • Experience creating content for Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads
  • Ability to understand and adapt to U.S. social media trends, humor, and meme culture
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with marketing teams

Important
Candidates will be reviewed based on their portfolio before being considered for an interview. We are specifically looking for designers who demonstrate strong capabilities in:

  • Photo and video editing
  • Motion graphics and animation
  • Visual branding that resonates with younger audiences and modern social media trends

Tools
We are flexible when it comes to tools. Canva, CapCut, and AI creative tools are completely acceptable as long as the output quality is strong. Experience with Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Photoshop is a plus but not required.

Candidates with strong editing, branding, and motion graphics skills will be prioritized, even if their previous work is not specifically in the food & beverage industry. What matters most is a strong understanding of short-form social content and modern visual trends.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
