Our client is looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist to serve as the crucial first touchpoint in a proven sales system, qualifying leads and opening doors for high-value business conversations. This isn’t about cold calling into the void – you’ll work with provided leads and established processes, focusing on identifying genuine opportunities and decision makers. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills within a structured environment while directly contributing to the company’s growth and pipeline success.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours daily, EST (20 work hours per week). Potential to scale to full-time based on performance and mutual fit.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure contact with decision makers and business owners
  • Make outbound calls using company-provided phone software to assess lead quality
  • Determine which prospects are worth pursuing and which should be deprioritized
  • Conduct initial conversations to gauge interest and assess decision-making authority
  • Set up qualified prospects for the sales team’s web demonstrations and follow-up
  • Follow established qualification standards and KPIs for lead assessment
  • Provide regular reports on call activity and lead qualification outcomes
  • Work within a proven system designed by someone who has successfully done this role for years

Requirements

  • Previous experience in appointment setting or lead qualification
  • Proven ability to handle cold calling and prospect qualification effectively
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with business owners and decision makers
  • Resilience to handle rejection and navigate challenging conversations professionally
  • Familiarity with phone software systems and lead management processes
  • Ability to quickly assess prospect quality and genuine interest level
  • Professional phone presence and ability to represent the company with credibility
  • Bonus if you have experience in B2B sales environments or business phone systems
